Email

I just got this email a few minutes ago. I'm pretty sure this is from the guy who's been calling me and took the picture of my house.

Here's the email in question:
How are you doing today?

Don't answer that. I know how you're doing. I know everything about you.

I've been watching you. Longer than you know. I've seen your birth, and I will see your death.

I've not only been watching you, James. I've also aided you.

January 14th, 2002. You remember this date, I'm sure. This is the date your father supposedly drove off the road and into a lake and drowned.

This is not how it happened, James.

Your father was a bad drinker, as I'm sure you remember. He was very intoxicated that night. He was going to murder you, James. He had a loaded revolver and was was going to shoot you that night.

But that was not your time to pass, so I had to intervene. I rendered your father unconscious, James. I put him in the seat of his car and pushed it into that lake, James. His death was not an accident caused by faulty break equipment, like the police report that you keep in your dresser drawer says.

You don't remember this date, but September 2nd, 1982, you were almost kidnapped. Your mother was, and always will be, a very absent-minded drug addict. This we can both agree on.

You had just had your first birthday. You mother was taking you with her to pick up a late birthday gift. She foolishly left you outside the store in a stroller for over thirty minutes. I sat back, watching you. Protecting you.

A pedophile by the name of Theodore White was about to take you that day, James. He had every intention to keep you as his own and rape you repeatedly, day after day, until he finally would get tired of it and would murder you. The instant he saw you outside the store, unprotected, every vision of his perversion became apparent.

Your mother never told you, but she still remembers. Ask her about the day that a man was murdered at the store you were shopping at.

There are many other times I have helped you, James. If it were not for me, you would have been dead by the age of 13 months. There are thousands of other instances, James. You owe your life to me.

And I intend to take back that which is owed to me.

The email came from icanunlockthatwhichbindsyou@gmail.com. I don't know anybody who uses this address, and the name only shows up as "__ __".

My mother is out of town, so I can't exactly find out if what he said about the murder or me being abandoned at the store is true, but I do know that she has, in fact, been a pretty bad drug user, so that might be true.
