I just got back from a bit of a trip. I went to visit some family for the holidays, and then I decided that I should see a psychiatrist, because I'm starting to wonder if all this isn't just in my head.
I've been diagnosed with schizophrenia, and am on medication now.
I wish I knew what to do anymore.

I've been quietly following your blog, wondering how I can help. I didn't think I really could, until this post. I have a good deal of experience with mental illness (personally, anecdotally, as well as through intensive formal and informal study). I'd like to ask you a few questions about your experience with the psychiatrist (if you don't mind) because I sincerely doubt the diagnosis.
